According to screen sizes, iPad Mini has a larger screen than its competitors like Amazon Kindle Fire HD and Google Nexus 7 with 7.9 inches against their 7 inches. There is a great difference diagonally in the screen size hence the overall area of the Apple iPad Mini is much more than the Nexus but less than the regular iPad. To us the iPad Mini seemed to be a more over-sized iPhone according to the screen.
